| Ingredients: |
8 ounces (250 gr) Cream Cheese, softened 1 cup (250 ml) Sour Cream 1 small can chopped Green Chiles 3 Tablespoons chopped Green Onion

2 Tablespoons finely chopped Red Bell Pepper 12 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated 1 cup (250 ml) Salsa 10 - 10" Flour Tortillas

| Cooking Instructions: |
Combine all ingredients except salsa and tortillas. Mix thoroughly with electric mixer. Spread onto tortillas and roll up. Roll tightly in saran wrap and chill for 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, cut each roll into 1/2 inch slices and serve with salsa. Makes about 8 dozen pieces.

A great variation: 8 ounces (250 gr) Cream Cheese, softened 4 Green Onions, chopped 3 Tablespoons chopped Red Bell Pepper 1/4 cup Salsa 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese, shredded 10 - 10" Flour Tortillas.
Combine all ingredients except tortillas. Follow directions as above.
