| Ingredients: |
1 whole chicken (you can use fryers or roasters) 40 cloves of garlic (separated but don't have to peel) 4 Tablespoons paprika

2 Tablespoons Pepper 2 Tablespoons salt 4 Tablespoons olive oil

| Cooking Instructions: |
Take the innards out of the chicken. Rinse the inside and pat dry and season with salt. Make a paste of the paprika, salt, pepper and oil. Spread over the chicken making sure to rub in all surfaces.
Take unpeeled garlic cloves and stuff as many as you can inside and place the rest around the outside.
Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
The chicken is done when the legs move freely. |
